  Elizabeth Holland master gyrotonic trainer and educator is extremely talented and knowledgable on how to safely and effectively exercise and rehabilitate joint dysfunction. I have sent a personal massage therapy client of mine to her to work on preventing hip replacement surgery. Between weekly clinical massage therapy sessions with me and 2x weekly gyrotonic exercise with Elizabeth my client is showing great progress in actually healing the disfunctiin of movement in her hips!
