  I have been a member of this gym for the past year and it was excellent before the change in management. I recently left because the equipment and facilities were no longer being maintained adequately; broken equipment was not being repaired or replaced and the bathrooms were not being cleaned on a regular basis yet my monthly fees had increased since I first joined. I now go to Around the Clock fitness which is a state-of-the-art, 24 hour access facility with every amenity you could ever want in a gym for less money per month ($30 per month where as Snap charged over $50). Also, the contracts are more flexible and there are no cancellation fees or membership fee increases unlike Snap. The bottom line is there are much better options for gyms in Sarasota than Snap Fitness (Anytime Fitness, Youfit, Around the Clock, YMCA, etc...).
